High School Geometry Course Curriculum

Have you struggled with geometry in the past? This course offers a convenient solution for students who need to complete the first semester of geometry but want the flexibility to work at their own pace.

In this course, you’ll master the geometric relationships and deductive strategies used to solve a variety of real-world and mathematical problems. The course begins with the foundations of geometry and provides an introduction to the most fundamental topics of the subject. In Semester 1, you’ll gain an understanding of:

  • geometric proofs and theorems
  • angles
  • triangles
  • quadrilaterals
  • trapezoids

This innovative course is taught entirely online, so you can determine when and where to pursue your studies. You’ll also have the support of a dedicated and experienced instructor who will guide your learning and answer all your questions. It’s a flexible, convenient way to complete your geometry requirement for high school graduation.

This course is offered through Career Online High School, a division of Smart Horizons Career Online High School, and is accredited by the Southern Association of Colleges and Schools (SACS). Geometry: Semester 1 is a one-semester course, and can be completed in up to four weeks. Once you complete Geometry: Semester 1, you can continue your science education with the next offering in this series, Geometry: Semester 2. Enroll in this convenient, affordable course, and start on your path toward completing your high school education.
